Nothing in these Terms shall limit bos288's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The bos288 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bos288 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
